You made such a difference, with your help, advice and suggestions in your own unique style. You have an amazing ability to quickly get the measure of the family and the deceased and hence personalise the service accordingly.

 Your additional words at the service itself were unexpected and delightful to hear, really demonstrating this and the time you have spent in preparing your part in the service.

 Your sense of humour and light hearted approach as well as a natural empathy also helped tremendously in what is not any easy process to go through.

 A truly cathartic experience for us all, especially helping us to put the difficult days of the past many months behind us and replace them with the years of happy memories of our Mum and Dad in days gone by.
